What is peace of mind ?
Paulo Coelho has said * success is waking up every morning with your soul at peace* and I agree !
So what is peace of mind – I would think its a conflict free, harmonious state of thinking or being when everything you do, say or think is authentic and in harmony with who you are – in life, relationships and career.
Peace of mind is when you are anxiety and stress free about where you are in life and being able to accept each moment as it is, with the quiet conviction and courage that if it’s not exactly what you want it will get better. Peace of mind is life harmony in motion – when all strands of your life are weaving together seamlessly and effortlessly . * It’s when you drop the self criticism and fear that has you believing you need to improve in order to be worthy* ( Doreen Virtue)
Peace of mind is believing that you are always in the right place at the right time! It’s the core belief that all is as it’s meant to be – peace of mind is a state of being and thinking that can be achieved no matter your life circumstances – I had a friend who was able to achieve absolute peace of mind even though she was only weeks from death from an in curable cancer.
To strive for this what do I recommend? Practice
Gratitude- list 3 things daily you are grateful forv
Forgiveness – of yourself and others
Compassion – towards your self – you are perfect as you are
Self belief – self worth
Self care
Meditation
Speaking your truth with love ( reiki principle)
Try it for a week and you will notice a difference in your state of mind 🙂
