When I tune into my heart I still feel hope, The Full Moon Eclipse helped my process.

There’s a sub-title to this story: the Universe wouldn’t expect any more of us than that.

A Full Moon brings a climax of tension, and then a relaxation just after—and an Eclipse shines the light on what is hidden. That’s the energy of our weekend. And I tuned into my heart to write this, it’s my Saturday Morning video blog on my Youtube Channel: I call it my message from existence.

When I sat down to write and record the video, I tuned into my heart: I wanted to remember the hope and excitement I felt about the future, when I was 18/20 years old in the early 1970’s in England. I can’t deny it’s a big tension for me not to get caught up in the mess the world seems to have got itself into, when I write. I need to remember that feeling of hope in my heart . . . because it’s a human being’s greatest strength.

I’m making these Saturday morning messages because it’s my way of trying to make sense of where we are right now in our world, and figuring out a positive, hopeful way forward as a teacher. In this video I’m explaining what my generation’s role was and is, as bringers of change through thought revolution . . . using some astrology and social thinking.

And all I hope is we tune in and listen to our hearts. And change can happen one kind thought at a time.  I’m calling this  “The Kindest Revolution” as it guides us to change ourselves and our world and environment “one kind thought at a time”: we’re aligning ourself with the lunar rhythm of the cycle to be able to flow and breathe with the energies—flowing with existence, which is the Mother of Existence flowing through our daily lives.
