Charmaine is all about building deep, authentic connections with the people she meets and focusing 100% on them. Validation, connection, communication and building rapport through deep listening and digging to the core of the problem, to the exclusion of all else is the foundation to all the work she does.

She started using her truamatic life experiences, and is trained in Social Work and psychology as well as NLP, and uses art, which she is passionate about, in her coaching.  She also coaches without the use of art and has many tools to help her.

She is the founder and leader of the FB Group called Art for Art´s Sake – which focuses on Mastering the Art of Confidence with the help of art. 

Their Mission is to create through art to become truly confident in every area of life which will impact on others.

She is at present writing her Signature Programme – “Mastering Confidence through Art.”
