For someone like me who travels for work a lot, in-person support is invaluable. The workers at the Qatar Airways Auckland Office made it easy for me to change a multi-city schedule when I stopped by. They provided several ideas in a matter of minutes and were aware of my limited time. I didn’t have to stand in line or say the same thing five times. They clearly know what they’re doing and are prepared to go above and above to make your trip more enjoyable. It was less like an airline desk and more like a concierge service. Extremely impressed, and I will most certainly return.
