Diane makes her home in the hills of Western Massachusetts, where she works as a psychotherapist in private practice and facilitates “parts-based” therapeutic writing groups. She aims to engage life with presence and awe, attuning to life’s unfolding moments. She experiences the natural world as a powerful teacher, a guide for living, and an inspiration for her writing. She believes that we all hold powerful inner capacities toward creativity and self- healing. Diane has worked as a writer, teacher, and yoga & mindfulness instructor. She enjoys traveling the world and expanding her heart and mind through lived experiences. This life has gifted Diane a loving soul mate and two amazing children.
