22 Reminders to my Nephew (& the Rest of the World).
Emilie Lindström believes that we should always try to look at the world with the curiosity of a child. We should never stop exploring. We should try things out. We should get uncomfortable and laugh. We should make mistakes, but then get up again, brush it off, and dance along. Emilie believes this is how we grow. Sometimes, we end up looking at all we have done and reflect back. And suddenly, it all seems to make sense: somehow the knowledge we gained, the experiences, the ups and downs—all fit together.
For Emilie, this realisation happened in the beginning of the pandemic. While missing family and friends, she was trying to make sense of the world. She was trying to figure out how she wanted her future to look. And she realised that she wanted to help people to find their flow—in work, in life, in love, and in thought. And this is how the name emilieness came to be a thing: we all have a “ness”—our core—and she wants to help you find your “youness” and from that core let curiosity, exploration and heartbeats move you forward.

We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
