I am a Woman, Lover, Mother, Friend, Life Coach, Author, Truth Teller, Question Asking, Reiki Practitioner, Seeker, and Activist. I am passionate about empowering women. I want them to value themselves and Fiercely Love who they are. I want them to embrace everything about themselves, even the parts they try to hide. I believe that with enough self-love and truth the sun starts to shine on the dust in your life and before long what looked like dust you discover is actually glitter. This glitter catches every ray of light, enabling you to shine your special light into the world. I help women get what they want by letting go of perfectionism, control, and Type A behavior and choosing instead to practice courage, vulnerability, and self-love.
