Traveler (grounded), yoga teacher, meditator, nature lover, mama, mountain freak, landscape designer, mindful gardener, photographer, recovering co-dependent, clown; she is all this and then she is just trying to be her Self.On a spiritual path since she can remember, she loves to dig deep within, understanding the emotions of humans through her self, to be connected to source, and to enjoy the present. In full spiral of healing, she calls home the places that are able to uncover big chunks of her full potential, where living soulfully comes natural, places that spark a light in her eyes, where she feels part of the landscape, where her soul sisters and brothers come from: Nepal, India, Mexico, Nicaragua, Mongolia, Spain, the mountains worldwide.Currently back to the roots where she needs to uncover some more, heal some more, pause and reassemble, only to be able to join, share, grow and uplift some more.
