Welcome to my corner of the web! I am passionate about helping women navigate the complexities of their lives. My qualifications include domestic abuse advisory, trauma-informed and positive psychology coaching. I have a toolkit of therapeutic techniques (CBT, NLP, ACT) which I share with the women I work with. I guide clients to embrace imperfections and live in harmony with their values. Currently, I’m on the thrilling journey of completing my BSc in Forensic Psychology, adding another layer to my understanding of human behavior and resilience. I’m usually found away from work; soaking up precious moments with my three amazing children, exploring the local moors with my faithful dog, and indulging in my hobbies of reading, cooking, and dancing shamelessly in my kitchen.
