I am a mom of 2 wonderful children of my own. But lucky enough to be a bonus mom to 4. I am obsessed with fitness, meal prep and organization. I hold a Group Fitness Certification with AFAA and a Nutrition,Hormones and Metabolism certification from SCW. My blog post on Self Care was recently featured on Dr. Locsblog for loc hair products. Earlier in the year I had opportunity to speak to a non profit organization my the name of Single Mothers United in Centreville, VA. I provided them with handouts for meal plans, budgeting for healthy food options and exercise plan. At that moment I realized my purpose is to not only speak to Single Mothers but to low income families about health and nutrition. I had a diabetic scare 5 years ago and every since I haven’t looked back. I was motivated, determined, and dedicated to not allow diabetes be apart of my life. Besides I am scared of needles!!A few years ago I became depressed and unhappy with myself. Not just physically but spiritually. My anxiety was on 200 and I thought I wouldn’t make it. I decided there was time for change. There are times when we will reach our breaking point especially single moms doing it all. But it is important to find balance and make yourself a priority. It is hard but like I always say if HE got you this far, HE can take your further. Check out my ups and downs “life change” for that past 10 years I’m still trying to master it but I have come a long way.check out my website renewyourlyfe.comPinterest https://pin.it/e47nyvg2sle2xn
