Marisa Toriggino

Marisa Toriggino is a pioneering yoga teacher with more than three decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga. She developed  one of the first prenatal yoga trainings for teachers, founded a successful yoga school in San Francisco and continues to deepened her personal practices in order to serve those who come to her more deeply. 

Her teaching blends rich techniques from diverse yoga lineages (hatha, vinyasa, kundalini), resulting in healthier pregnancies and better birth outcomes for future mothers and is a Pre and Perinatal Educator with certification from APPPAH.
