Moonbeam Gardebring

Moonbeam Gardebring grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has lived in Boulder, Colorado for the last 5½ years. The ancient craft of basket weaving has claimed her hands, naming her as one of two Devotional Artisans at Weave & Wimble Basketry. She has managed a rare, chronic & invisible illness since age 16 through a combination of allopathic and holistic medicine, and has worked with brilliant students at Mayo Clinic Medical School as an annual guest educator since 2010. Moonbeam expects to finally, finally complete her undergrad degree at Naropa University in May 2020; post-graduation, she plans to weave caskets for (and with) anyone in need or want of a loving vessel, for as long as her body will allow.
