Rana Khoury

Hi, I am Rana, a trauma and grief informed, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic holistic wellbeing instructor.  I am also a highly sensitive person, a quintessential empath, a feeler, a teacher, a space holder, and ultimately a survivor.  My life has taken me on a complex journey of self-exploration, sometimes into extremely challenging and trying experiences including health issues, forced displacement, death of close family and friends, intergenerational and cultural trauma, to name a few. On the other hand, I have also been blessed with innumerable gifts-  the most incredibly loving, supportive, and intimate relationships (including friends, family, romantic, and with my beautiful dogs); ability to travel and explore; to enjoy and express through teaching, writing, and  dance, and above all, the strength and perseverance to keep showing up!  Through it all, I have learned to embrace my journey with kindness, acceptance, and surrender, and have devoted my life to helping others do the same.
