Ruchika Handa is a life coach, an Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator, energy whisperer, mom to 3 kids and crazy about making moments happen!

She integrates over 15 years experience of working, being an entrepreneur studying, teaching, and working with people and their bodies to create more ease and possibilities in their lives.

Ruchika has always been interested in looking at different aspects of life – relationships, parenting, working, health from a different perspective and that is energetically.

This isn’t any of the fluff, metaphysical stuff…
Simply a communication without words with a look and feel that goes on between babies and adults..

Ruchika sees herself as a seeker and says this:

One of my superpowers is to facilitate people to unlock their inner magic. The next thing you know, those thriving relationships or whatever it is you are seeking will come true.

Being Aware or Conscious is not something you wear like a badge of honour on your sleeve, discuss over coffee or in seminars!

It is ordinary, it is your own ”inner magic”.

It plants you right in the centre of gratitude and humility. Your ongoing war with Ego is a bonding of love, contributing to each other!

I used to feel like the victim, misfit, people pleaser and taken for granted person, who needed alone time to recharge my batteries.
