Saoirse Brown is a life coach, international speaker, and author who knows that when we experience trauma or severe life stressors it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. She personally discovered this when her husband of 24 years died before his time. During the time of his illness and her life as it was following his death, she found that using mindfulness helped her navigate through the stressors into a time of healing and self-exploration.

Recognizing that there is no one size fits all approach in life coaching, Saoirse is trained in multiple disciplines including mindfulness, EFT, hypnotherapy and reiki so that she may better support and guide those she mentors through the intuitive process in a way that best supports them.

As an intuitive life coach, Saoirse has worked with people from around the world helping them to increase confidence and find the right path in their lives. She engages each individual through motivating and empowering them to resolve the issues in front of them and set goals to work towards and reach.

Saoirse is an avid traveller who brings the experiences, love and positive energies from a variety of cultures around her, to all that she does. She enjoys learning from new cultures, in order to keep life fresh and bring new, innovative, and intuitive ways to how she meets all of life challenges.
