After her 50th birthday, Sonja finds herself in a liminal space in her life. What exactly the transformation she feels imminent will involve, is a mystery at this stage, but as an optimist she believes that it will include some of her heart’s wishes. A strong advocate for the power of presence over productivity, she is practicing to watch herself and the world with awareness as they both change. She admires the yogic lifestyle, enjoys mountain, ocean and forest hikes, running and listening to stories. While she appreciates what city life can offer, she is always on the lookout for silence and natural beauty wherever she can find it.
