Valéry Brosseau is a passionate speaker, writer, and mental health advocate with nearly 10 years of experience, training, and education in the mental health field. She has won several awards for her volunteer work. This passion for mental health awareness stems from her own lived experience, which she combines with her knowledge to connect with people and reduce stigma. Valéry now delivers talks and workshops, raising awareness and equipping people with the tools and language to support others and manage their own mental health. She has spoken on the TEDx stage and has written for organizations such as the National Alliance for Mental Illness and the International Bipolar Foundation.
