Angelica had Stage 3 Bowel Cancer in 2018 at 38 years old. Instead of focusing on the negativity that surrounds the world of cancer, she decided to see cancer as an opportunity to change everything in her life. She acknowledged that everything she did to that point was no longer serving her. She slowly changed her daily habits while during treatment. She started with diet, moved onto exercise then she tackled emotional healing: healing past traumas, practicing gratitude daily, connecting to her inner self, connecting to God again. She finished treatment feeling stronger physically and emotionally than she had ever been. Two years on, she is living up to her habits and it is now her purpose to empower people to making SMALL SHIFTS that compound into MASSIVE IMPACT in their physical, emotional and spiritual lives. She is passionate about helping people to regain control of their health even before the daring diagnosis, the crash, the burn out. She strongly believes that regardless of wherever we are, we can find our way back to health again.
