Anna is a human – something we all have in common. She is a lover of love and stories. She feels that only when we are connected and seen do we truly feel alive. She believes in the authentic wilderness of the soul and the magic of the moon and the stars.
In her other endeavors she is a wife, a mama , a friend, a daughter, a foodie, and a psychotherapist/ social worker working with CPTSD and Trauma — amongst many others.
She has been writing ever since she can remember and has had a few published pieces on psychotherapy.net.
Writing allows her heart to grow bigger and deeper and let’s the stories she holds dear (real or imagined) have a place to call home.
