Asiakaspalvelu on aina ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Kerran minulla oli ongelma tilauksen kanssa ja soitin asiakaspalveluun. Asia ratkesi heti ja minulle hyvitettiin summa, vaikka virhe oli itse asiassa minun. Tällaista palvelua ei joka paikassa saa!

Mutta mikä parasta – aina kun avaan paketin, sieltä löytyy pieni yllätys. Joskus teepussi, joskus käsivoide, joskus vitamiininäyte. Tänään paketissa oli pieni suklaalevy ja käsin kirjoitettu kiitoskortti. Nämä pienet ilot tekevät arjesta parempaa.
