Striving to work on her own confidence, Ashley Stidfole is a forever student and teacher. She is a creator. She weaves together her personal passion for movement and flow into her life on and off the mat. She conducts her students through a dynamic vinyasa sequence that reveals inner strength and confidence. In Ashley’s teaching’s she’ll make your mind sweat as well as your body, so expect to face the fire of inner self doubt. At the same time, she’ll lift you up and make you feel comfortable and at ease with her humor and carefree essence of her being. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and all of her animals, walking, reading, the beach, and being in the sun every chance she can. While not training, you can find Ashley in Central Pa.
