Raw, untapped, and curious student of life—Becca Forrest is a creative, poet, authenticity coach, and a human who loves to connect.
These pieces of poetry come directly from her old soul residing in a young body. A set of reflections on her life experiences that includes finding herself as a woman who wants to make wake in the sea; shares what it’s like to choose herself after heartbreak; questioning societal norms; untold truths in relationships; and discovering the ever-evolving truths that are her own.
Her work as a writer and coach is to share the vulnerable truths that live within and encourage others to do the same.
