Biffy Cotter is the Spiritual Director for Yoga Shala Sacramento, a yoga teacher, shamanic healer and minister. Biffy is married and has 3 children. Some of the students and teachers call her “Mama.” For the over 20 years Biffy has been devoted to walking a spiritual path that has led to an Awakening. With this awakening she receives healing energy, visions, and guidance from the Great Spirit, Angels and Spirit guides. She spends her days enjoying the beauty of Mother Nature, doing shamanic healings and ministry service work for the sick, dying and needy. Biffy also loves to be with her beloved family and spiritual community in Sacramento California.
