Carolyn Parker

Carolyn Parker is essentially a people person. She qualified as a physiotherapist in 1980 and set up a respite care support service local to her village in 2011. Following two abusive marriages she discovered the benefits of mindset and personal development strategies which turned her life around. She is now passionate to share her journey and these transformative tools with women survivors of abuse and emotional trauma. To do this she has set up a supportive Facebook group and is writing her first book. She is currently creating a mini online first steps course to help women rebuild self esteem/self image which will also run as a small group.
Carolyn has a keen interest in art and is starting to experiment with expressing emotions through abstract expressionist artwork. You can connect with her here.
