Casey Stickland

Casey Stickland is an Australian living in the UK, having moved when she was 16 to pursue her dream as an international dressage rider. As well as still riding professionally, she is also now yoga teacher after discovering the life-changing benefits of the practice whilst working through mental health issues. She now runs her own yoga studio and dressage training business, combining the two to create a holistic approach to training and success within the equestrian sport. Casey has always loved writing and has blogged much of her journey in becoming an international rider. Now moving forward to her next chapter, she is documenting what she discovers about life and herself, hoping it helps others understand their struggles and feel less alone in how they feel.
