She is the co-founder of Whole Hearted Healing, where she specializes in complex trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and PANS/PANDAS. In her clinical work, she integrates EMDR, parts-based approaches, and relational therapy to support deep and sustainable healing.Her writing lives at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, art, and popular culture. She explores grief, the architecture of identity, and the quiet revolutions that unfold when we learn to stay with ourselves.
