After getting really ill in my mid twenties whilst climbing the corporate ladder, I quit, went travelling and then decided to retrain initially as a gestalt psychotherapist and found it didn’t address my deeper trauma from past life, karmic and other existential experiences. I now combine my gestalt training with mediumistic healing, quantum principles and embodiment work. I take a compassionate person centred approach to help you to clear your blocks, patterns and problems. Three awakening experiences in my life have helped me to break the underlieing patterns I was running from old trauma and ancestral filters to be able to see the role the inherited and conditioned ‘self’ plays in your life.
