David Brown

David Brown is a life coach and co-creator of Sovereign Leadership.

When he began to see the impact a lack of confidence was having on his work, relationships, and well-being, David decided to do something about it. Three decades of martial arts and countless years of therapy and life coaching taught him that confidence is an inside job.

Coming to terms with his whole self and taking ownership of the good, bad and the ugly is a painful and joyful ongoing journey. Allowing him to be a better partner, father, friend, coach and fellow human.

David co-created Sovereign Leadership as a distillation of his love of traditional cultures, spirituality, embodiment, and self-development work. He and Thea Allison run Sovereign Leadership through their Facebook group Archetypes Academy.
