Resilient survivor, walking the walk to enlightenment, with hope and positivity. Qualifications: BSc Hons Psychology and MA Fine Art. A high functioning dyslexic, so proud of my achievements later in life. I believe it is never too late to learn. Life is a learning curve. All my mistakes have taught me something and I would not have grown without them. To get to have and give love from/to my close family is paramount for a balanced life. I still have a lot to do to get to a place of ‘Perfect Health’ in the words of Deepak Chopra (a book I am reading right now). Diet, exercise (despite limitations) and meditation are my key goals now. Accepting myself as I am and not bothering what people think of me is happening after many years. We are all unique and special in our own way.
