Divya Kapur Arora was born and raised in London. She is Law graduate with extensive legal experience; has travelled across Africa, Asia and Europe running global conferences as a researcher and producer and has most recently been promoted to motherhood!

Divya loves to think and write about different emotions, events and people. Writing creatively is her therapy (as is dancing, singing and meditating!). She runs a thought-provoking blog known by the name of Mindful Graffiti, which is an initiative to give attention to one’s thinking, emotions and feelings. The idea is to help people find a way to channel their fears, anxieties, issues or pain using means that help them the most and reconnect with themselves again. For some, this could be baking, for others, it could be singing. Whatever your outlet, Divya wants to make sure you do it.
