Erin Renzas, after a meteoric rise up the corporate ladder,  found herself leading marketing for a $40 billion dollar company in a male-dominated field at age 35…and then she realized none of it was what she wanted. One international move, a break up, and some soul searching later, she completely shifted her mindset, changed her life, and embraced a total transformation of mind and body – and lost 102 pounds in the process (42% of her body weight!). She left her safe, stable career to write a book about her experience, and to be a resource to other women who are finding out who they truly are as they navigate work, life and relationships.  The weight loss is actually the least interesting piece of this story – but it helped further her connection to her body, the world, and what she wanted to do with her life. The mental health implications (and lack of focus on mental health in healthcare and weight loss in general) took Erin by surprise.
