Erja is a free thinker, adventurer at heart, nature lover, seeker and a single mom of a teenager and a big-hearted tiny dog. Erja has a long background working in a global corporate environment, got tired and for the last 10 years has been building a life that looks and feels her own and reflects her core values. She trained herself as a Holistic Health Coach as well as a Forest Mind Instructor during nature and environment studies. She also has learned many years the ancient healing techniques of the Andean indigenous people, the quero’s, in the hight altitudes of Peru.

Erja has a deep longing for figuring out the layers that inhibit us from being our true selves and encourages everybody to a certain degree of self-exploration to reveal our core, the soul and true identity. Erja is also fascinated about the mind-body connection and the power of the mind. Erja thinks nobody should feel unworthy and that everybody is unique and has a purpose here on earth. Erja firmly believes that it is our duty to find that purpose and then figure a way to reveal that out in the open. Erja loves life and wants to help people in finding their true calling, assist in transformation into who they want to become as well as build a life feeling peace of mind & joy.
