Francisca Bronwyn Michel is a transformational guide, filmmaker, and founder of Journeywork California, Inc. Trained in film directing, she once thought she’d tell stories from behind the camera. But after losing both her mother and sister to cancer, her path shifted inward. In 2006, she became a certified Journey™ practitioner and has since spent nearly two decades guiding leaders, creatives, and changemakers through the unseen layers of healing that shape how we live, lead, and love.

Her work blends intuitive precision, emotional depth, and a sharp eye for the hidden architecture of power and pattern. It’s not therapy. It’s not coaching as usual. It’s a reclamation of what’s real.
