I am Gareth William, Exercise Physiologist & Journalist by trade & passionate about writing. I have dedicated my life to breaking the ancestral cycle of my family by being more aware of myself, my thoughts, my feelings & my behaviour as well as more conscious about the human beings around me. My journey of self-discovery started almost seven years ago on a small island in the Atlantic. The process of transforming myself in a better version of myself, my true self, I have put to paper in my diaries which I am gradually publishing on my blog, my-spiritual-path.com. I’m currently using these notes to re-write my story & turn it into a book.
