George Pitagorsky teaches, coaches and leads groups on the application of meditation and wisdom teachings in daily life. He has studied and practiced Yoga and meditation since the early 1970’s while living in the material world. George is in a long-term marriage, has held consulting and executive positions in IT, curriculum development and process improvement within business and government agencies and was a principle in a technology start-up. George has authored three books (Conflict Management, The Zen Approach to Project Management and Managing expectations) with the theme of applying mindfulness meditation in a practical way. He has also written a book for children, How to be Happy Even When You are Sad, Mad or Scared. George has spoken and presented globally on the integration of mindfulness and wisdom teachings in daily life. He has taught mindfulness meditation for over twenty years. His five month Conscious Living/Conscious Working course has been presented annually for fifteen years. His Wisdom in Relationships – Relationship Yoga course was said by a participant to be as effective in improving her relationship as two years of couples’ therapy.
