Gretchen Leavenworth

Torn between the hobbit life and the wizard life, Gretchen Leavenworth spends a lot of time trying to merge the domestic with the world of magic and adventure and wondering how to weave all the experiences together into something cohesive. She is the parent to two quirky, lively children, who are always teaching me something about mindfulness, about patience, about the ebbs and flows (and messes and disasters!) of life. Gretchen has done a lot of random odd jobs, from being a kilt pedlar at Celtic festivals to editing a book on the history of the tarot. She’s always trying to live less wastefully and more mindfully, and loves to connect with others around how to make sustainability a pleasurable and community-driven experience.
