Heather Vaughan, L. Ac, MSOM, C. Ay, CYT, (she/her) is a licensed Acupuncturist and certified Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, and writer. She completed her Master’s of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Honolulu’s Chinatown in 2023, Ayurvedic Studies Level 2 at the Ayurvedic Institute in 2010, and studies in Clinical Herbalism at the University of New Mexico in 2012.  Her clinic, Synthesis Medicine Acupuncture, is located in both beautiful Downtown Asheville, and Weaverville, NC. She is also available for clinical herbalism and Ayurveda virtual consultations.
