Dr. Helen Setyan is a board-certified physical therapist, Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor, and a trained Mindfulness Facilitator, through UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Research (MARC). She is dedicated to the practice and integration of the mind-body systems approach to addressing pain, wellness, prevention and recovery of functional limitations for general orthopedic, neurologic, women’s health, chronic pain, and performance arts injuries. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Communication and Journalism in 2006 and received her Physical Therapy Doctorate degree from Mount St. Mary’s College (MSMC) in 2010.
