Hope Anderson

Hope considers Fifty her real birth-day, all the years before felt a bit like the Matrix. In her fiftieth year Hope became Licensed Massage Therapist and started to get her coaching feet under hers.  She has spent many years trying to unlearn autopilot, emotional suppression and lessen her near-pathological sense of responsibility and obligation to others.

Through massage, mental fitness and marinating in her creativity, she finally feels like she is walking HER path.

She has a strong sense of how fortunate she has always been and has always tried to be of service. However, understanding a different principle, being of benefit, has helped her on her path to not only do for others, but for herself as well.

In addition to performing massage therapy and mental fitness-behavior design coaching, Hope is an INELDA-trained End of Life Doula, a writing apprentice with the Elephant Academy, an Instructor with the Massage Therapy program at Brookdale Community College, a creative and trying to find comfort in her own skin.
