What we Misunderstand about Empathy.
I am a Spiritual Counselor, writer, workshop facilitator, and ITA Energy Medicine Practitioner. I have lived on five continents, raising four children, and occasional pets. I presently split my time between Norway and Colorado. My private and group practice unite my two passions of writing and the healing art of self-awareness. I have recently finished a nonfiction book: The Space Between: An Empath’s Field Guide.
On a personal note, I play squash with a skill level that sadly doesn’t quite match my passion for the game. The same is true for golf./I’m inspired by anyone’s personal growth and willingness to be self-aware./I am an attentive listener but what I’m hearing and sensing is usually what is not being said.
