Jane Parrott is a psychotherapist, artist, and Dharma practitioner living in Los Angeles. She studied Multiculturalism in the Arts and Studio Art at Bard College and got her Master’s in Scenography at Central St. Martin’s in London in addition to her Master’s in Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. She has always made art and previously worked as a set designer and custom light designer. She views psychotherapy as an equally creative endeavor and an extension of her Buddhist practice. Jane is certified by Dharma Moon & Tibet House as a meditation instructor.She is a member of Shambhala LA and is currently doing her ngöndro practice in the Karma Kagyu tradition. In her free time she enjoys nature, dancing, and playing Gamelan music.
