Jenna Anderson is a recent graduate, certified health education specialist, corgi mom, and ongoing work in progress. After years of struggle with anxiety and attempting to numb her emotions through her drug of choice, perfectionism, she’s finally decided that she is tired of running from pain. Through embracing her emotions, both positive and negative, she has learned that she has never felt more vulnerable, and subsequently, more alive in her life. She hopes to share her insight in order to encourage others to choose vulnerability over fear, each and every time.
