Jessi Harris is a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced certifications in trauma-informed yoga, yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork. She is the founder of R.I.S.E. to Recover, a somatic-based approach to healing that grew out of her own recovery journey. After years of addiction and relapse, she discovered that true healing begins in the body. Her work now centers on helping others feel safe, grounded, and at home in themselves again through Restorative Integrated Somatic Embodiment (R.I.S.E.).
