About Joi 

Joi is a published Author and a “teller of tales” who loves spreading peace, love, and light to all. 

Joi has two adult daughters (she was a teen mom, which she shares in her 1st book, “I Am Not My Story, and Neither Are You”) and six grandchildren between the ages of 5 and 21. Joi is a creative introvert who keeps her love life private. You will find some family photos and occasional videos on her social media, which she would prefer not to share, but she knows this is how we connect, which means everything to her! 

Joi was one of the top Licensed Massage Therapists in the country, with private clients such as Paul McCartney & Usher. Joi shares her life story in Beverly Hills, working and having key relationships with some A-List celebrities in her 2nd book, “I Am the Glory, and So Are YOU.”

She retired on Paul McCartney’s back. She also has over 30 yrs of holistic, detox, and nutritional healing education. Joi shares her holistic education for self-help in her 3rd book, “I Am, You Are, Glowing.”

Joi’s story (three published books on Amazon) of courage to overcome adversity that most would not have survived gave her the perception to see things that others may need a bit of guidance to see. Joi’s life story allows her to connect in a non-judgemental, loving way with all walks of life; to her, everyone is VIP! She has witty banter and makes everyone light up when she smiles and laughs. 

Joi is writing her next manuscript, a dark thriller with a tragic love story and an unsuspected superhero. She is looking forward to sharing this fantastic adventure and heart-tugging book!
