Karina Karlsen is a yoga teacher from Norway, currently travelling in India. She is documenting her exploration of yoga on and off the mat, writing about how you can live a more intentional life through the support of yogic philosophy. As a true Gemini she is full of opposites, combining yoga with a love for excel spreadsheets, and she is equally happy dancing at a concert as she is laying in bed reading a book.
