Lakshmi DelSesto is a somatically trained MindBody & relationship coach. Her practice is called Radiance Coaching. She helps people develop and maintain a deep authentic loving relationship with their own inner selves and with those around them through somatic, mindfulness, and loving-kindness, compassion-based practices. She is currently seeing clients globally through her virtual portals.

Lakshmi is also, by creative trade, a professional musician. She has written over 100 songs. This has dipped her into the world of writing which she loves. She is learning to have a voice in a different way now, through writing more articles and less musical prose. But her deepest passion, other than her creative art of music, is the deep dive into the self. Self love, Self realization, the releasing of the small self lovingly into the big one. She loves how spiritual perspective can permeate every aspect of life. Every view. Lakshmi tries to bring this in to all of her writings, her one-on-one coaching and singing sessions and her music. It is her goal to support the expansion of many hearts into the realms of compassionate, loving-kindness. It is her hope and wish that they inspire, uplift and amplify positive, life-affirming values and that many human hearts will benefit.
