A Love Letter to Yoga Studios in Difficult Times.
Liz Walton is a true Bodhisattva and a walking piece of ART. I am a multidisciplinary artist and intuitive healer with a unique combination of creative skills, talents and passions.
Originally trained as a massage therapist, I have two decades of hands-on bodywork expertise. In 2007 I began exploring forms of creative expression, trained in India as a yoga teacher and graduated from the Expressive Arts Therapy program through Tamalpa Institute in 2015.
After retiring from the massage career, I transitioned my creative focus toward the music industry. I’ve spent the last decade managing global tours for rock bands while also traveling around the world.
I currently live in Los Angeles, California where I co-facilitates expressive arts therapy programs, sound baths using gongs and lead experiential retreats to India.You can follow it all here Instagram!
