Loretta Coffey is a single mother with vast experiences in the life department. She knows a little bit about trying to keep her head above water. In this journey she has learned from being a woman who struggled with finding herself after becoming a parent, losing herself in the midst of divorce, and navigating the world as a working mother. She made it through all of this while trying to play the lead role in her child’s life.
Her writing focuses on personal mental health, empowerment, motivation, and self-love. Her goal is to create words of purpose that empower women to make powerful movements, in life, in their career, and within themselves.
