Mantra & Kirtan: Sing Your Heart Out
Born in Slovakia and living in Cyprus for the past ten years, my journey has taken many detours on the path of actively seeking the peace within. Believing that everything, that the life brings, is to be celebrated as a blessing to grow and transcend what no longer serves our purpose, I share my passions, experiences and perceptions through Yoga teaching, Mantra singing, writing, while the urge to serve the others’ well-being also brought love for practice of Reiki, Metamorphic Technique and Aromatherapy. With the project created together with my beloved, The Timeless Journey, we document the spontaneity of life through video, blog and photography, sharing what makes our life beautiful in its simplicity.
