Michelle A.R. Hydeck has loved words for as long as she can remember. She has been caught in books stores by her teenage daughter, Emma running her fingers over covers of books and holding them close to her chest in a warm embrace. She is the self-published author or two children’s books, Wings Up – All With A Little Help From Her Angels and ABC Christmas, available for purchase. She is currently working on her big girl book : From Freak to Faith to Freedom.

She is the Creator of a trauma informed writing workshop called Infinity Writing  ∞ based on dipping into your own darkness, connecting with spirit/ higher self at the center and coming out the other side lighter, brighter and a bit more self-aware than you were when you started.. only to begin again.

Michelle is a healer, intuitive and Angel Scriber. She is also all things trauma healing and trauma informed OBSESSED since having begun her inner journey almost 15 years ago now. She has studied or  participated and dabbled in EMF Techniques, EMDR Therapy, Somatic Healing, Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Self Hypnosis and plant medicine on her own path to healing.

She lives in Milford, CT with her favorite person, Emma Hydeck and their 5lb Aussiepoo, Faith Rose.
